grenada green.

We’ve just started a guest trip thats going to be 3 weeks of hard work and long hours… Luckily for us, old mate captain gave us a day off on Friday to check out the sights of Grenada. What a place. A beautiful jungle of tropical plantations and wild creatures. Sights and flavors for all the senses.

We only had one day, but managed to fit in a mammoth amount of activities. We hiked through jungle to swim in waterfalls, fed bananas to wild monkeys, visited the oldest rum distillery in the Carribean (Jack Sparrow styles) and to top off an already amazing day, we travelled out to one of the northern beaches at night to watch leatherback turtles come in to lay their eggs on the shore. Can’t even describe in words the epicness of it all… made the trip ahead that much more bearable.
