winter warmup.

Switzerland is getting colder by the day, and especially by night… So its extra layers and comfort food for me.

This little bowl of goodness will be keeping my toes warm tonight.

Pumpkin, ginger and coconut soup with wild rice, soy roasted pumpkin seeds and coriander.

Substitute the rice for couscous or quinoa for something different. Its a healthier option than bread and way more filling.
