How to jazz up your cafe au lait? add some serious chocolate. These bad boys aren’t exactly on par with my ever changing health kicks but they’re ridiculous! A chocolate bomb in your mouth.
Easy to make. Simply chocolate ganache (high quality choc makes all the difference) rolled in your choice of finish. Try crushed pistachio, pecans, coconut, choc sprinkles, or cocoa powder.
These ones have a hazelnut in the centre also.

On that note: For a healthy option, (the crushed pecan ones in picture two) – flag the ganache and combine, dates, coconut oil, cacao nibs, coconut, almond meal and blend in a food processor.

They can be stored in the freezer and left to thaw before eating. 10mins for the ganache truffles and 1/2 hour to an hour for the pecan/date balls.
