I have a crackin new smoothie for ya!
Its one I learnt on the Matthew Kenney Raw Nutrition course, which I have nearly completed. I’ve just modified it slightly by removing the banana so its a bit lighter. Go ahead and add it if you want though, it just makes it a little thicker and of course sweeter.
Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
6 ounces almond milk (Better if you make your own)
2 ounces carrot juice
½ tablespoon agave or maple syrup
1 teaspoon maca
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice)
¼ cup ice
½ teaspoon vanilla
